Activation fails with "seat limit reached": revoke an unused device from Dashboard → Devices, then retry.
"License token invalid" after a hardware change: major hardware changes can alter the device fingerprint. Sign out and sign in again to re-activate; if the seat is stuck, use "Reset activations" on the license page (allowed once per 30 days) or contact support.
App can't reach licensing servers: check proxy/firewall for https access to devtune.dev. The app remains usable during the offline grace period.
For anything else, contact support with the diagnostic bundle from Settings → Help → Export diagnostics.
