Terms of Service

By creating a Devtune account, purchasing a license, or using any Devtune software (including Devflow), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

Paid licenses are granted per account with a fixed number of device activations, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Licenses are personal (or per-organization for Team plans) and may not be resold or shared. We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.

The free plan is provided as-is with a limited feature set. Trials grant temporary Pro entitlements for evaluation, one trial per account. Abuse of trials (e.g. repeated account creation) may result in suspension.

One-time purchases include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Pro Personal includes 12 months of updates from purchase; Lifetime includes updates for the product's lifetime; Team includes updates while the subscription is active. We may require security updates for continued use of online features.

You may not reverse engineer the licensing system, circumvent activation, or use the software to violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or attacks against our infrastructure.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devtune's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website and, where required, by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
