Account data (email, name), billing records (handled by our payment provider — we never store raw card data), license and device activation records (hashed device identifiers, OS and app version), download events, and support messages.
To operate account-based licensing, deliver downloads and updates, prevent fraud and license abuse, provide support, and meet legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.
The desktop app derives a device fingerprint to enforce seat limits. Identifiers are hashed before storage and are never used for advertising or cross-service tracking.
Devflow is local-first: your projects, notes, and workspace data stay on your machine and are never transmitted to us unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.
Account and license data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; some billing records must be retained as required by law.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting support. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights (e.g. GDPR), we honor those rights.
