Licensing questions

QHow does licensing work?

Your Devtune account is your license. After purchase we issue a license bound to your account with a seat limit; the desktop app activates per device and receives a signed offline token, so it keeps working offline.

QCan I use my license on more than one computer?

Yes — Pro Personal includes 2 activations, Lifetime 3, and Team plans have configurable seats. Devices can be revoked and re-activated from your dashboard.

QDo you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, as we provide a free 10-day trial so you can fully test the software before making a purchase.

QIs my payment secure?

Payments are processed by our payment provider; Devtune never stores raw card data. All entitlement checks are server-side.

QWill there be more apps?

Yes. Devtune is an ecosystem — Devflow and PicoBuild are both live today, with more developer and creative tools under the same account and licensing system.
