License activation

PicoBuild uses the same account-based activation as every Devtune app, with signed offline tokens.

1. Create a Devtune account on this website (or from the app). 2. Purchase Pro or start a trial. 3. In the app, open Settings → Account and sign in. 4. The app registers this device and receives a signed license token.

The token is verified locally with an embedded public key (Ed25519) on every launch — no "phone home" required for day-to-day use.

If you hit your seat limit, revoke an old device from Dashboard → Devices on the website, then activate again.
