Troubleshooting

Activation fails with "seat limit reached": revoke an unused device from Dashboard → Devices, then retry.

App won't open on macOS ("unidentified developer"): right-click the app and choose Open once to bypass Gatekeeper for an unsigned build — expected until releases are code-signed.

App can't reach licensing servers: check that your proxy/firewall allows HTTPS access to devtune.app. The app remains usable during the offline grace period.
